Right now is a really interesting time to see organizations and businesses alike assuring the public of their values. I'll be honest. Stating your values and demonstrating your values are two very different things.
This sparked the idea to launch The Value Series on the blog! Sharpshooter has 8 core values that are all equal in weight and importance:

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
While our clients and I know how we embody each of those values, you may not if you've never worked with Sharpshooter, sent us an email or stopped by one of our tables during conferences. (Wow, it sure has been a while since there was a conference, right?)
